What we collect

When you request a quote or book with us (on our website, through a Facebook or Instagram form, by phone or by email), we collect your name, phone number, email, service address and the details of the service you want. When we do the work, we take before and after photos of your gutters, windows or siding and keep job and payment records.

How we use it

• To reply to you, give you a price, and book and complete your service
• To send you photos, invoices and reminders about services you’ve had with us
• To improve our services and advertising

We may use before and after photos of our work in our marketing, but never your name, house number or anything that identifies you. Just ask if you’d rather we didn’t. We never sell your information.

Emails & texts

We only send promotional emails or texts if you’ve agreed to them or are a recent customer. You can unsubscribe any time by replying STOP or emailing info@warriorwash.ca.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business (our website and form tools, Meta for Facebook and Instagram forms, and our scheduling, invoicing, payment, email and phone tools), and only what they need. Some may store information outside Canada. We may also share information if the law requires it.
